Train the Trainer Course

T-3 Overview

A five-day course designed to qualify personnel to run the two-day Problem-Solving Practitioner Course through advanced GRGB instruction, PSP curriculum coverage, facilitation practice, and course execution planning.

Course Purpose

Prepare to deliver the Problem-Solving Practitioner Course.

T-3 builds the instructor knowledge, facilitation discipline, and execution planning needed to deliver PSP training consistently across the force.

Reinforce PSP curriculum understanding, GRGB concepts, and the instructional points needed to deliver the course with confidence.

02 Practice

Build Facilitation Skill

Develop the facilitation techniques, classroom control, and discussion leadership needed for effective adult learning.

03 Execution

Execute PSP Training

Prepare instructors to plan, coordinate, and deliver the two-day PSP course using standardized course materials.

Participants must complete PSP before attending T-3.

T-3 is intended for personnel who have already completed the Problem-Solving Practitioner Course and are preparing to support PSP course delivery.
