The Problem-Solving Office (PSO) will assist the Navy in solving its most pressing challenges, while providing Sailors the tools needed to be both problem solvers and leaders who can assess, correct, and innovate better than our adversaries. Through a standardized methodology – supported by Navy-tailored problem-solving tools – the PSO is central to supporting CNO’s GRGB vision and improving our warfighting advantage.
