In the Fall of 2022, Senior Leaders embarked on a significant initiative as they were introduced to the foundational principles, behaviors, and tools of the GRGB framework. This marked the beginning of a journey to cultivate a deeper understanding of these concepts and their application within their respective commands. As part of this introduction, leaders were presented with a comprehensive overview of the GRGB principles, which aimed to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively grow and implement these concepts within their organizations. The introductory materials provide a solid foundation for this journey, outlining the key behaviors and tools that would enable leaders to successfully integrate GRGB into their daily operations and decision-making processes. By challenging Senior Leaders to grow these concepts within their commands, the organization aimed to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation, ultimately driving greater success and impact. The introductory materials serve as a valuable resource, providing a starting point for leaders to explore the GRGB framework in more depth and begin their journey towards implementation and growth.
