PHILADELPHIA - A U.S. Navy explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technician from Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 6 enters a flooded ballast tank aboard the ex-USS McHenry (LSD-43) during a render safe drill on an inert rocket in Philadelphia, Nov. 18, 2024.
